Built for useful introductions

A buyer list should be more than names and phone numbers.

A long spreadsheet is not helpful when nobody knows who buys what. We organize each profile around the facts that affect a real acquisition decision: geography, property category, size, price range, funding, and timing.

Registration does not guarantee that you will receive a property or that any deal will meet your requirements. It helps us identify sensible starting points for your own review.

How the buyer network works

Clear criteria in. Better matches out.

01

Register your buy box

Choose counties, property types, acreage, budget, closing speed, funding method, and business model.

02

Seller properties are screened

New submissions are compared with active buyer profiles using the property facts the seller provides.

03

Review the opportunity yourself

A match is only a starting point. Buyers remain responsible for inspections, title, zoning, access, environmental, financial, and legal due diligence.

What makes a useful profile

Specific buyers are easier to match.

Use realistic ranges. If you buy statewide but only pursue one property type, say so. If your budget or funding changes, submit a fresh profile so the current criteria are clear.

Before you register

Important buyer notes.

Does registering guarantee I will receive deals?+

No. Registration creates an organized profile for possible matching. Availability depends on seller submissions and whether known property facts fit your criteria.

Does a match mean the property has passed due diligence?+

No. A match is an initial screening result, not a representation about title, value, access, zoning, wetlands, buildability, condition, or investment performance.

Can wholesalers and agents register?+

Yes. Identify your business type and model honestly so opportunities can be handled appropriately and all parties understand your role.

Can I update my criteria later?+

Yes. Submit a new profile with the latest criteria and mention the change in the notes. The buyer desk can use the newest information during review.

Buyer notice: Registration is not an offer, contract, agency relationship, promise of inventory, or investment recommendation. Buyers must perform independent due diligence and use appropriate Florida legal, tax, title, environmental, construction, and financial professionals.
