1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of webuyflorida.land and its forms, content, buyer registration, property-review tools, and related communications. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to provide the information you submit. If you act for a company, estate, trust, partnership, or another owner, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Property reviews are not purchase offers
A website submission, automated confirmation, property review, buyer match, phone call, email, estimate, or discussion is not a binding offer or real-estate contract. Any purchase, assignment, marketing authorization, referral, or other transaction must be stated in a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
We may decide not to pursue any property or buyer relationship. Any proposed price, terms, or closing timeline may change or be withdrawn before a binding agreement is signed, including after title, access, condition, zoning, environmental, tax, lien, survey, market, funding, or other due diligence.
Our possible role
We Buy Florida Land may evaluate a property for direct purchase, enter into a contract with the intent to assign or resell an interest where permitted, market an opportunity to selected buyers, or introduce sellers and buyers. We or another participant may earn a profit, assignment fee, referral fee, commission where properly licensed, or other compensation disclosed as required by law and the applicable agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement clearly says otherwise, the site does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or attorney-client relationship. Buyers and sellers should independently choose qualified legal, tax, title, environmental, construction, insurance, and financial professionals.
3. Your submissions and responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share. Do not submit someone else’s confidential information without permission. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive data through the website forms.
Property owners remain responsible for taxes, insurance, maintenance, safety, code deadlines, mortgage obligations, occupants, utilities, legal notices, and the property until a completed closing transfers responsibility under a signed agreement and applicable law.
Buyer registrants are responsible for their own underwriting, inspections, title review, funding, licensing, disclosures, communications, and compliance. A buyer match is an organizational lead only. It is not a representation that a property is available, buildable, accessible, free of wetlands or liens, correctly priced, or suitable for any investment purpose.
You grant us permission to use and share submitted information as described in the Privacy Policy to evaluate a property, organize buyer criteria, facilitate possible transactions, and operate the site. You retain ownership of original materials you submit.
4. Communications
When you provide an email address or phone number and request an offer, register as a buyer, or otherwise contact us, you authorize us and service providers working on our behalf to respond about that request by email, telephone, or text message. Consent to communicate is not a requirement to accept an offer or complete a purchase.
You can ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time. Transactional, legal, security, and recordkeeping communications may continue when reasonably necessary.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, submit false leads, misuse buyer or seller information, or use the content in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
6. Informational content and third-party resources
County pages, maps, articles, parcel links, market commentary, checklists, and other content are general educational information. They are not a survey, appraisal, title opinion, environmental determination, zoning approval, building determination, investment recommendation, or legal, tax, insurance, engineering, or financial advice.
Public records and third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Links and embedded maps are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, terms, or privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s original design, branding, arrangement, and content are owned by or licensed to We Buy Florida Land and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal or internal business research. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create a competing database from substantial portions of the site without written permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Buy Florida Land and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, property carrying costs, or decisions made in reliance on website content or a nonbinding discussion. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We Buy Florida Land and its owners and personnel from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, material breach of these Terms, false or unauthorized submissions, or infringement of another person’s rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim relating to the site, you agree to send a written description to the contact email below and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any required venue, arbitration, or other dispute procedure must be established in a separate applicable agreement or by law.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms as the site, business, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
